Dual emblem blue cloth name patch with silver embroidery, 2″ x 4″ with hook. This item is personalized with two CAP aviation badges or duty title, First and Last names are required (middle initials are allowed) (nick names or flight call signs are not authorized), rank for NCOs only. (Military Insignia, NOT Authorized). Senior Member Officers will choose NO RANK.  Anything entered in the Mission Quals box will appear as wording for the duty title. All cadets will use the rank CADET.  Custom and personalized items will take an additional 9-14 working days.
